How do you relieve stress? What is most effective for you?
Anything creative. Writing, Singing, photography. When I'm feeling tense I turn off my phone and go for a walk in nature, that usually helps. If it's really bad, I call my voice coach. An hour of breathing exercises, singing and good company usually had me back on top (or as close as the situation allows).

Daily meditation works well for most stress but sometimes I walk. Walking can also be s form of meditation especially when you push yourself to go farther or faster than normal.
Writing, music, staying away from everyone and be with myselc for a while.

I think a long walk is good for the soul, particularly if you're out in the natural world.
I don't. I get extra stress from creative activities or trying to meditate. :D

Walking my dogs is the best stress relief I have ever found.
I was 35 when I got dogs, and most of my lifelong anxiety and depression issues literally disappeared overnight due to them and the daily routines of caring for them.
Really amazing stuff.
I go for a run when I'm stressed. It really helps me relax. For the short term of course. For the long term I just have to face the cause of the stress, which can be more complicated to solve.
Mentally? Listening to my audiobook. Playing mahjong. Reading comics.
Physically? Riding my bike. Swimming. Cleaning. Laundry is a big one. I love doing laundry.
And of course the solo love. :omg:

This is something I need to work on. I need to find something to make me relax that doesn't lead to me being sloth-like.

How do you relieve stress?
- going to the gym
- listening to loud angry music
- singing at the top of my lungs
- sex
- running
- fighting (I box)
- reading by candlelight (if I can relax enough to even start)
- cleaning
What is most effective for you?
Going to give a solid high five to either sex or regular exercise.

Meditation
Walking my dogs
Hugging my dogs
Listening to the right music
Hitting a log with my sword or training against someone with it
The RIGHT music helps me the most TBH.

It was always long walks until I couldn't do that anymore. I don't feel very stressed these days, though.
