I'm writing a fictional story of an overweight woman who's trying to lose weight and I need to know more information about liposuction. Is it a safe? I want to know.

It is a medical operation, and not as simple as some might say. I had a friend that had it done, and it can be risky if not done by a competent person.
Search Google about it.

No invasive medical proceedure is "safe." Some are more dangerous than others, though.

Curious BMH but why does it have to be an overweight woman? Seem's when it's vanity and vane things the main character is always a woman. Not saying that's what your doing just the way it strikes me when it comes to cosmetic things.

Monsno are you saying that you want me to prefer an overweight man instead of a woman in my story?

Nope just asking why. The overweight Woman is a common story line and all she is willing to go through to beautify herself. Might be wrong but it seems like for every 20 stories maybe 1 or 2 will be about a man the rest will be women. Many times overweight, either teens or 30-40 something's with differing reasons for their desire's but most often seen as vanity reasons by many. A lot of times trying to reclaim a lost youthful beauty or create their idea of what beauty is upon the surface of their skin while ignoring what is inside it seems.

So as I stated just curious as to why it has to be a woman. I can presume your story and what ethical or morale thing you'll present. Apply cultural and social norms and probably not be to far off as to justification or motivation for the liposuction.

This is a Pagan forum. Not a medical forum. Why are you asking us? Go Google it.

Ok here the thing but I'm not going to spoil the story. It's about an overweight woman named Miranda Diamond. One morning she went on the scale and it said 300 pounds on the scale. Miranda didn't believe she gain so much. So she talk to her family and asked if she overweight. Her family said no and this will lead to her weight loss journey. The reason why I want to put an overweight woman in the story is that I want to write in a different direction and there might be some awareness of obesity and educational morals to the story.

I think you're missing my point. If it's info about liposuction you want, especially for a story YOU're writing, YOU need to go research that somewhere else, not on a Pagan forum. We're not here to do your homework for you.

I'm sorry. I just thought that people have information about since the internet is sometimes so vague.

Probably shouldn't cite a website that has threads about crystal energy, astral projection, communications with faeries as a medical source IMO
