Ok,I wonder just why they are making a really big deal over this.
The man was in PAIN,and with his entertainment commitments I fully understand his use of pain killers,with him being in PAIN!

Story here.

My big concern is they may try to kind of "Ban" pain killers because some people over use them. Some people can not function without them because of chronic PAIN. My friend who died last year(from surgery,not OD) had to take pain killers just to function at a simple level.
Pain killers have their use,and just because some abuse them is no reason to keep those who MUST use them from having them.

Like any drug from antibiotics to alcohol, using them comes with a risk and you have to be responsible.
If anything banning painkillers won't fix the problem, some kind of government initiative to make people more aware of the risks maybe? But a ban is just stupid.
Article is placing way too much emphasis on the painkillers. Scare tactics and pointless babble.
