    I love gagets

    So...pinterest isn't working for me on my phone or PC...

    So I'm mental wishlisting and sharing here

    (I was inspired by the ZAP thread)

    That is awesome. When I live on the coast I would want one.

      The last gadgets we bought were a pair of (cheap) kayaks.

      I highly recommend them over canoes (you can get a pair for about the same price as a canoe), they are extremely versatile, and loads of fun.

        You can get a cheap pair for the price of a good canoe. You can't get a GOOD pair, for the price of a good canoe.

        This is how I ended up with one canoe, not two kayaks.

          You most likely are a more serious user. For us, we just needed something to get out and to mess about with. Cheap does the trick. If we get serious, we'll step up.

            You gotta get them at the end of the season sale that the rental places have when they buy new kayaks (or paddle boards)


            ...still, a good paddleboard is something like $800-1200; the paddleboard I want is more like $1900.
