For those of you that know me, well, there's not much to say :P For those of you that don't, well, you're probably not missing much - suffice it to say that I owned this forum for a good number of years and (with a LOT of help from the other Staff members) managed to turn what was a failing board into something that's fun to come to :)

Unfortunately (for me), religion doesn't really interest me as much as it used to - so with the new Forum (this one) up and running, my 18k postcount is now a piddling handful and I just can't bring myself to participate enough to raise it again...at least, not right now.

That being the case, I have got a couple more websites that I've built and I think I've worked the bugs out of most of 'em (the folks that know me will know that's been a big chore :P )...so I figured I'd plug what I can :)

For those of you that are into RPG (pencil and paper kind) games, I've got http://www.roknrolrpgs.com - feel free to sign up for an account and stir up some healthy conversation...for about the last two months the only visitors I've had have been tumbleweeds :P Suffice it to say that it's not terribly active at the moment, but the more members we get over there to actively discuss stuff, the more new folks will sign up (no activity = no new members). The Forum includes the equivalent of a MUD which, while it hasn't been fully tested/tweaked, seems to function pretty well :)

http://www.roknrol.info is where I handle most of my "personal" shit, including links to my other websites and just general info on what's going on in my life. I also have a Forum there that I've been using to bounce "big" ideas off of people - and I've got more than a handful ;) If you are interested in intelligent conversation without drama and childishness cruise on by and sign up for an account - if I don't know you, you'll have to shoot me an email at roknrol(at)roknrol.info so that I can approve it (you probably wouldn't be shocked by the number of bots that are out there that sign up for accounts solely to spam - this is a necessary precaution to protect my home, it's nothing personal (unless you're a spammer :P )).

As something to keep me busy in my free time, I've started blogging. Initially this was going to be strictly a fashion blog, but I want to expand it to music and art as well (with a focus on local artists/musicians/performers... not just widely known people). It's still in the baby stages. Hosted on LiveJournal at the moment but will move to WordPress once I get my site banner commissions finished.
I've been quite inspired by other bloggers who have used their sites as a tool to launch (or enhance) a career. Considering I'm still working on my undergrad and am not going to be out for a while, blogging seems like an interesting option. Especially after observing the job market all these years, I've concluded that the only way to really have a career is to create your own somehow. Now, I'm not delusional enough to think this is 100% foolproof and going to work out well. It could never get off the ground for all I know. Either way... eh... it keeps me busy when I'm not working or studying.

I was hoping maybe a few of you wouldn't mind taking a look at it and giving me your thoughts?
Keep in mind this is still very much in the amateur stages. (Hence basing it out of LJ. ::) )

Eduocracy.com is now live and accepting member signups - I haven't really talked to the folks here much about the site (and frankly there's not much there yet because I'm the only member :p ). I've never heard of Tumblr before, interesting. I keep a public Wordpress blog for sharing some stuff about modern Canaanite polytheism because resources for it are fairly scarce. I also have a Livejournal account, but that's more of a private diary for processing than a blog.
