    PF member "oldhippie" decides to stop dialysis.

    Hello friends.

    Just a quick post to inform you guys that one of our members, oldhippie, who joined PF in 2013, has been struggling with various health issues starting with a stroke two months ago. Since that he's had a few internal bleeding episodes and finally both of his kidneys failing.

    His prognosis being bleak, he's decided to stop dialysis and will be moved into hospice care.

    While I've interacted directly with him only a few times, I've been following him on Facebook for a long time. Being an active poster there, he's shared his journey through his beliefs and spirituality, and spent a great deal of this part of his life searching and trying new things, new traditions. He focuses a great deal on clothing, tattoos and symbols. For him, the exterior should reflect the interior.

    I hope that you can spare a thought for him on his final moments.
