    Herbalism

    I noticed we don't have an herbalism thread, (or if we do I am an idiot and cant find it! always a possibility :P)
    So I'm gonna start one and as I learn info I'm gonna post it here, if that's allowed, if not Ill post it to my blog!

    But they were doughnuts of darkness. Evil damned doughnuts, tainted by the spawn of darkness.... Which could obviously only be redeemed by passing through the fiery inferno of my digestive tract.

      Stumbling upon the fact that Roman soldiers would put mugwort in their sandals to help with foot pain has had me curious about herbs with pain relieving properties. I have a lot of foot pain so I'll report back on the mugwort in the shoe thing.
