I was going to share Olive Garden's Chicken Gnocchi Soup, but for whatever reason, it says I'm not allowed to post links. Boo!
If anyone wants to Google it, the blog name is Cinnnamon-Spice & Everything Nice. There are a lot of different knock off versions online; her's is the one I use. This is perfect for cold weather!
My preference is to grill the chicken. I like to dip slices of lightly toasted (under the oven broiler) sourdough or rosemary bread in the soup.
