I just try to keep myself busy. Last year it was with the CUUPs group, organising, running rituals, attending meetings, etc. This year it was getting my daughter outside despite the weather with the goal of making friends. (seasonal depression) Life is generally good for me, so I only have to deal with the seasonal depression, which has been better since I've started finding stuff to keep me busy. And forcing myself and my daughter outside probably helped.
