I feel a tiny bit sorry for Ms. Winner,but was a bit amazed at what had to be leaked for the public to find things out.
Russian military intelligence, according to the document, launched an attack on at least one US voting-software supplier and sent so-called spear-phishing emails to at least 100 local election officials shortly before the election.
Why this was not included in the investigation made me wonder what else do we not know about the effect on OUR ELECTION?
