Profile and Post-Bit fields

Hi guys. While tinkering with some things behind the curtain, I implemented a change that is long overdue. I have added more gender options in the profile and post-bit (the block of into you see below everyone's username and avatar when they post on the forum). Previous options were only Male and Female, not counting the option to not disclose either option. I know some folks here wanted more options, so here you have it.

New options are:

Male
Female
Other
Neither
Both
Trans
MTF
FTM

I'm open to re-wording any of the new options, if necessary.
