A. Abide by forum rules.
B. Don't convince Juni and Thal that they are so detrimental to the forum and its membership as to warrant permaban

A cult member who meets the above criteria will not be banned on sight. A cult member who fails to meet the above criteria will be ejected from the forum.

I'm having the double posting issue as well, and my quoted posts keep doubling themselves. I use Chrome.

So everyone knows in advance, by virtue of it being a intermittnt issue that I can't consistently replicate, fixing the double-posting may take a while. It's hard to troubleshoot a problem that isn't always present.

Password reset emails don't go out, for some reason. Not even to the spam folder.

This is related to a more general email issue the site has that Juni and I are working on. If (and this is a sizeable if) all goes well, we'll have an answer to this one the next time Juni and I both have spare time to collaborate with each other. I'm just not sure right now when that is.
