It seems I'm still getting lows that keep on going. I ended up after work lunch (2hrs later at 135). Great.
I then had a snack of my 16g sugar yogurt. It's the one with live probiotics. So I feel I'm killing the yeast and the low sugar birds with one snack! Great. I tested an hour after to see how it affected me. Sugar went up to 146. I'm still fine with that.

I made sure to even eat carbs. I had a small bowl of mexican rice and a mandarin. I wasn't that hungry because I had steak for lunch!

I pedal my bike home. Big mistake. I was shaking so badly I lost my coordination and started tilting to the side. I found grapejuice in the fridge and had half a cup. I ate my dinner. And I'm now at 167. But I feel like shit.

I remember last time having the same problem of lows by evening time and the culprit was Glipizide. It works really fast and when it's taken with Met, it has been known to cause dangerous lows.

Experiment time again. I'm going to cut my middle dose pill in half. See how that goes.

Also,updates:
Vit D pill: I had no side effects other than a little queasy tummy. But I'm not sure who to blame for that.

Jardiance: So far day 3 and no bad side effects. I seem to urinate the same (maybe less because the dr removed the water pill). But my urine is still nice and pale yellow. No itchies down there either. (people have reported within 5 days of bad side effects). But I feel as if the 1.5 ltrs of water and the daily snack of live culture yogurt (and man, I had to research to find a good one)is helping me out with that.

And it seem the Metformin has finally settled in.

*also, I'm journaling allot here so that I can track and report to my dr in 3 months. Sorry for the constant update.:shy:
