Lobster and Mahi Mahi tacos! Omfg I never knew how good lobster was. Being brought up Jewish we aren't allowed to eat it so this is my first time trying it. I think I found a new food love.Comment

While walking the dog yesterday I found a lovely bouquet of tree oysters - they are more common in the fall, so it was a pleasant surprise!
Today, I turned them into an outrageously delish stir-fry.

I just grilled a steak & had mushrooms & asparagus on the side. My father used to call asparagus "spare grass", and this combo made me miss him - but I don't miss him telling me steak is SUPPOSED to be rare! LOL It was a never-ending battle. I'm a medium-well person.
