      Went out with my nephew and parents earlier and had a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. We celebrated his birthday which was yesterday. Hard to believe he is 4 years old already.

              Had a good salad with Simply Organic sliced and grilled chicken, pre-made salad, shredded carrots, shredded cheese, and about a tablespoon and a half of low-fat Ranch. I'm about to go off of dairy tomorrow. I've had no milk for about two weeks. Let's pray that I can do the same with cheese.

                Well we had hash with a variety of veggies and leftover pork. It was very good and very filling.

                            Bulgar wheat with sweet corn mixed in. I made it on a whim and omg it's amazing! Best culinary discovery I've made since trying toasted sesame oil and grated cheese on broccoli and carrots!

                                Had some Sonic chicken tenders and some sliced apples when I got home. Yeah, I went off the diet today for the chicken tenders.
