This is the worst film ever. That's the last word. The end. Debate done. This is lower than no budget. I would hardly be shocked if the film had a budget in negative numbers. It has no coherent plot. The only thing that binds this trainwreck together is the presence of giant creepy balloons. It starts with the adventures of Sonny in his dreams (though there's no rhyme or reason to them). Then it goes into a balloon parade with a narrator who has lost her mind. I have no words to describe it, you have to see it to believe it. It will be exactly what Charles Manson claimed he was: both God and Satan. So good and so terrible. You have been warned. I am not responsible for any misfortune this "movie" may bring.
