Picture this... What's in your mind?

In an episode of "Proof," the faux Steve Jobs character was working on a machine that could create viewable visual images of a person's mental images. Needless to say, the plot thickened...

I thought "well, that's cute, but not likely."

Once again, I was wrong. I underestimated the awesome power of human creativity:

Scientists use brain imaging to reveal the movies in our mind
Those who have suffered understand suffering and therefore extend their hand.

I can't do everything, but I can do something.

The technology, if developed, could create whole new art forms.

Imagine creating complex mental images for a live audience in real time, for example.

No one want to see my brain in action...trauma would be devastating
I must have a prodigious quantity of mind; it takes me as much as a week sometimes to make it up.

So in some years I'll be able to show people my visual thoughts through the technology available at the time?

It would be absolutely awesome. But it would also take a whole new level of concentration for the one using it can't let your thoughts stray for a moment.
