Self control is relatively easy, it's the rest of the world I don't control. We humans like to believe we are inther in complete control or completely at the mercy of the fates. Neither extreme is true.

I don't know. There are sometimes I find myself missing a point when I am asked a question. It's not often, but I feel like such an idiot when I do.

I'd say about 20% of the time. Its not even that I miss the point most of the time I don't hear it.

Me too. I have a really bad hero complex, and almost killed myself working crazy back to back shifts, ten day "weeks", 20 hour days, etc at my last job because the girls knew I'd always cover if they called off.

Whenever I'm not paying attention, or am really angry at the person asking it.

old school war movies (he watches 'em, I read a book)
Slipknot (he likes it and I don't care either way)
smoking (he smokes, I have asthma)
the beach (I love it, he tolerates it)
horses (he loves 'em, I'm allergic)
hot sauce (I like a dash or two now and again on some things, he pours half the bottle on nearly everything, including pizza)

I had to say it because, you know, we're in the 21st century and you can't be sure anymore

If I don't have information to convey, I don't. You'd only notice it in contrast to K'Roe - she speaks everything that goes through her mind, keeps up a running dialogue with the animals, and talks to the computer

We work as a team. She speaks, sometimes I listen.
