Yeah, but imagine this for someone that's blind.

Imagine that right in his eye--he wouldn't need special glasses that make him stand out, etc. Plus it would let him always have it--with glasses, they can break more easily, fall off, be stolen, not be handy when he needs them in an emergency, etc.

Waiting for apple to come out with I-Shillong...yeh laugh all you want,but no doubt men will want it,AND it will be covered by all health insurance,even though no birth control will be. (Did you catch the satire?)

As someone who's ridiculously longsighted I am both supportive and terrified of this motion.
Imagine how useful it's be in exams though, it's not like the examiners can tell peeps just to turn off their eyes ;P
