    Combining paganism with Gnostic Christianity

Is it a good idea to adopt Gnostic Aeons into the pagan pantheon?

Sunfell (Lorie A. Johnson) and others put forward the idea of 'Crossing Borders: Combining Paganism and Gnostic Christianity'.

I believe Jesus Christ was the son of Helios-Mithras.

This has come up a few times here by Christians with pagan interests, also I believe druid connections. Myself being Eclectic, do not find that all that strange, but am surprised when Christians do this being less accepting of things outside their belief systems(Dogmatic systems)

Mithras.,hmmm. If I remember from reading a theory that Christianity was copied from that. Their are conflicting arguments on the matter, but both have origin stories and virgin birth and Resurrection myths for both figures

      Yeah, sure, why not?

The neopolitain is more interesting that plain vanilla (although plain vanilla is fun, too).
Every moment of a life is a horrible tragedy, a slapstick comedy, dark nihilism, golden illumination, or nothing at all; depending on how we write the story we tell ourselves.
