I'm sort of nerdy--I really enjoy documentaries, especially science and nature ones. Our current family favorite (I have two small children) is Turtle: The Incredible Journey, about the life of a loggerhead turtle.
Though I do like Action movies,I also like nature and science stuff a lot. One Movie I really love,is a movie named "Powder",it is seldom on TV,but well worth watching if you see it is on. Basic premise of the movie,Mother is struck by Lightning while carrying the baby Powder,he grows up isolated because he is albino, and DIFFERENT. he has powers and scares people. Favorite scene in the movie for me is when a hunter shoots a deer, and powder touches both the deer and the hunter and makes the hunter feel what the deer is feeling as it is dieing. Hunter quits hunting, and gets rid of all his guns.
MAGIC is MAGIC,black OR white or even blood RED
all i ever wanted was a normal life and love.
NO TERF EVER WE belong Too.
don't stop the tears.let them flood your soul.
oh my! Those tortoises are cute. I have two miniturtles myself but I had to left them to my parents when I moved away because I have such a small apartment.
I think documents that tells about nature are interesting and helpful. That one was really sweet (Okey I have land tortoises so they are going to drown if theres more than a half centimetre water)
I also have to see that Powder movie! Sounds so good

Good advices. Thanks, now I have something to watch at weekends Whit a movies I am "omnivore" but most of all I just love strange movies. For example, have you seen David Lynch's movies? Like Eraserhead or lost highway. I like it when it doesen't make any sense. maybe it's because I feel like Im a strange creature too
Well, than let me tell you, i HIGHLY recommend you watch Ginger Snaps on that small list i typed up.....some bits are a tiny cheesy, but other than that it is an awesome strange movie.
Thanks, I don't know about you but I think it's hard to find that kind of movies I realy like. Even if Im omnivore. I don't mind if it's a little "cheesy". And if someone else like to watch strange and a little disfunctional movies, I tell you to watch "Tideland".
The only instance that something happens really fast is the first werewolf attack on the playground at night (that was shown in the trailer). Other than that, as far as memory serves, nothing too fast and surprising happens.
I tend to like comedies and artsy films. Yeah, I'll go from lol'ing at a stoner film to watching Celestial Clockwork in no time flat.
My Favorites:
Grave of the Fireflies (a massive tearjerker, especially in Japanese!)
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Trainspotting
As the Wind Blows
Watership Downs
Green Legend Ran (OK, this is more of a mini series than an actual movie)
Robo Carnival
Falling Down
