What I need is help from other parents. I work 40 hours a week and have two children (one 4, the other 3 months) and I think between work and children I mind is slowly melting. I know I need time to myself, but that doesn't happen very often because when the kids are both asleep, I try to get time with my husband. Any rituals that you guys have to maintain sanity and peace and/or bring time to be alone (without losing work or something important)?
