After work, tonight, some coworkers and I went to the bar.
On two separate occasions, very attractive women came up to me and said "I've seen you in here before and wanted to talk to you... but I was intimidated... now you look more approachable... but you look sexier with the beard."
So... perhaps a periodic shave isn't a bad idea.

So I wore my stupid splints for just an hour last night. Wore them again while watching (and falling asleep) to a movie this afternoon. Did my stretches too. Today when I got home I was not hobbling! I was actually able to walk without pain!
*is currently wearing them while sitting here.

Several things:
1. My niece. She is such a beautiful little girl.
2. The It Gets Better movement, and everything associated with it. Right now, I am particularly enamored by Adam Lambert and his commentary on it, but I'm also a little biased... lol.It's a really, really cool thing, to be able to show people that you can be yourself, and you should be proud of yourself, and you should own who you are and what you're about, and never make apologies for it.
