This photo, and how it still remains my parents' favorite photo of me as a child, as well as mine. The story is apparently that we had to wait in line forever to get a single photo thanks to some promotional deal at the photographer. By the time it was my turn, I was pissed off and didn't want to smile, no matter how much the poor guy tried to make me.
He snapped this and apologized to my mother profusely, saying that none of them really turned out and they probably weren't what she was looking for.
My mom took one look at this one and said, "Yup, that's her!"
Now it's in a frame in the house for all to see.
I've been a grumpy bear since day one, and I think it's hilarious.No one tells the wind which way to blow.Comment
