So this is something i have been meaning to do for years now and have just never got around to, and that's free running so i can do a few of the very very simple move's (DK for example) but i was wondering if anyone on here does it or know's someone who does and could maybe give some advice on how to get into doing it proper.

maybe he can't load videos in whatever format he's using? Free running is essentially stylized parkour. Originally parkour was developed as a way of urban movement. Congested cities and the large amounts of infrastructure can make conventional transportation difficult. It's all about the shortest distance between two points. Jumping, running, climbing over things to get where you're going as fast as possible. While parkour is a practical way of moving quickly through urban areas, free running adds flips tricks and stuff to make it cooler because it's not just about transportation there. I do not have the coordination to even attempt it but it looks really fun, definitely dangerous though under certain circumstances.
There's tons of videos though. Even people replicating stuff from assassin's creed. It's real cool, no idea how to go about doing it though.Circe
