When a little kid handed me a broken toy and expected me to fix it (not having a clue how). Children asking me complicated questions that i dont know how to answer. Walking by schools in session and having the joy of not being forced to be there . Moving to colorado and going through hell the likes my dna family has no clue of. Going through my divorce and giving away my fur babies knowing i was out of choices and that i failed my promise i made to them. And lastly i have to think of how old i am before i answer.

I know I'm an adult when I go shopping and all I buy is a keyring-flashlight (so I can see enough to put my bike away in the bike room at night so it won't rust).
Or when I place a vote in the national election and then sit up all night to follow the scores.
