I was kind of guessing that it might be Cernunnos as far as who
but was wondering what he was holding in his hand other than the torc

Re: question about picture
It's a horned god but there's tons of horned gods. There's Cernunnos, Herne, The Green Man, Pan and more. However I would say the torch looks more like a snake to me, which would fit better with the horned god iconography (like Monsno Leedra posted) since they almost universally have a heavy association with serpents. As for what the curved other thing is, I have no idea. It looks kinda like a clamp to me but it's obviously not thatCirce

Re: question about picture
You got a home made picture there with a bunch of Wiccan symbology, British from what I can gather based upon the inclusion of the two kings. The divided year with the Oak and Holly King symbology in the corners, the three realms of Earth, Water (sea) and Air and what appears to be the three assumed faces of the Morrigan. Heck the center image seems to be Chu Chulain and the Cauldron of Plenty though I am not sure who the female is. I will state that with the full picture you can see the image in his hand appears more snake like as it wraps into the acorns and hooks about it.I'm Only Responsible For What I Say Not For What Or How You Understand!
