          Well, I figured out why I've lost like forty pounds in the past few months. Turns out that the burritos that I usually get from the taco van are like 900 calories. Which, in retrospect, is kind of frikken obvious.

          My car breaking down has A: made me walk and bike more and B: made the taco van a less appealing option for a quick meal.
          Trust is knowing someone or something well enough to have a good idea of their motivations and character, for good or for ill. People often say trust when they mean faith.

              Just returned for a walk with our dog. By its end, I heard bizarre screaming of a woman from a car on the parallel road's parking. She was arguing with a man. Literally arguing. I had no idea what was going on there, but I had to call the police. 'Cause she was screaming like a don't know what every short period of time.

                Unrelated. My mothers latest get rich quick scheme is binary options through a British broker. I don't know what to think except if it was that easy everyone would be doing it and everyone would be rich. She wants to take out a 10k loan for it and expected me to cosign. Seriously?

                  It's Sunday. I'm off. The roomy is off. We are pretty much lounging around the house in a zombie stupor. I have the a/c on and tomorrow it's my birthday and I have to work. So today I'm doing the one thing I want to do. NOTHING!

                      I took my dog to work with me at the SPCA today. I made $60. I spent $700 at the vet for an emergency visit, because one of the shelter dogs tried to rip his throat out. He got away with just two puncture wounds, but my boss' hands got bit three times in the process. Someone who shouldn't have been walking the dog that got walked, let go of the leash as my dog walked by on someone else's leash.

                      He could have died.

                      It's been an eventful day.

                        Is losing 40 pounds a good or bad thing? Either way I'm glad you're eating less burrito.
