    Apartment neighbors decided that 2am to 5am would be a WONDERFUL time to invite 5 people over, talk loudly and play music. And here I am unable to fall asleep, wondering if i'll be awake enough to go to work today. Oh the joys of apartment living.

          It's sooooo hot! It's horrible. Danes aren't made for heat! I like summer, but I've reached the point where I'm just sitting in front of my new electic fan refusing to move. It's 29 C in my livingroom, the outside is even worse. I'm praying for rain and thunder tonight.

              Some where over the rainbow... All I know is take Interstate 95 head south and you'll end up somewhere along the line. Drove it to darn many times when I was stationed in Florida and going to my parents in Virginia or the in-laws in North Carolina.

                Right north of the GA/FL border, in submariner* territory.

                Hubby is getting transferred (date TBA), and I'm hoping I can find a job before the move has to be permanent (3 months after the date he transfers).



                *And an FYI, proper (Navy) pronunciation for submariner is sub-muh-REEN-er, not sub-MAR-in-er. Submariners don't like it when you imply that they are substandard mariners.

                  Ok,is your "Old Man" still in the Navy?...once got a tour of a "Pigboat" old ww2 real deal way to cramped(I have an issue with inclosed spaces)

                    I didn't count Virginia as shes already there. I went NC, SC, and Georgia.

                      Ah that means your moving down to Kings Bay area, Boomer country. Never dealt with the boomer guy's except for some of the basic submarine school stuff (BESS) at Groton. Different world for certain though.

                              Sadly when I was in my early 20s, our apartment neighbor decided this would be the best day to blow his brains out.

                                I've been trying out Linux, mostly because I was bored really, and it certainly kept me busy the last couple of days. I think I've gotten over the rocky part. Now it's just a matter of learning the ways.
                                Trust is knowing someone or something well enough to have a good idea of their motivations and character, for good or for ill. People often say trust when they mean faith.
