What is with my phone today? I'm typoing like crazy over here. I've also noticed every now and then that it continously selects the wrong words. I have to turn it off and on again to make it stop. If I were to type that last sentence for example it will write 'Ian haven today turn into offer any online aging to fixed its.' That's even without misspelling. Anyone know what might be causing that?

I'm staying home today (well I went to work but quickly was driven home by a co-worker). My heart arrhythmia was 'acting up' for lack of a better word. I was just sorta feeling fatigued (yawning allot) and a little 'fluttery'. It's not a heart attack. But it does make me feel anxious. Sometimes the ticker goes haywire. Meh.:=I:

Can't wait for tomorrow. Cat gets a post dental surgery checkup, but more importantly, my dog gets a checkup as well. I feel she's not doing so well and I really want to make her comfortable.

Back in October I started doing shadow work again. I identified a few archetypes/shadow subs and worked on accommodating them. It was a useful process I guess. These past few days, I was unexpectedly forced to face a real demon from my past. It's been hard.. and it's made my 'shadow work' from last year look like chasing butterflies by comparison!

Still, I'm glad I'd had some practice beforehand so knew what I had to do when life decided to smack me around the head with my shadow!

Got to go out and get some stuff at the grocery and Dollar Store. I'm going to start the Paleo Diet and I need to get some foods to help me with it. This week has been horrible for me, so starting next week I am going Paleo. Hope all goes well.

I got some underwear and a choker with a friend yesterday as part of my transition. I was very nervous before I got them, but very happy afterwards!

Thanks Kalyn! I'm mostly having trouble with breakfast recipes and fixing stuff for lunch. I'm trying to think ahead of time. Earlier I fixed some hard-boiled eggs and in the morning I am going to make some smoothies. I can't seem to find recipes for good smoothies. I have to use frozen fruits and I love thick smoothies. Do you also have any dinner recipes concerning poultry? I have a lot of beef recipes, but hardly any poultry. Thanks again!
