You know, I'd tell you how many cops feel that we should be able to scoop people up based on what they "might" do, but you already know.
You get the law enforcement/cops/government you put up with. Power left unsupervised grows, and absolute power comes with a 100% guarantee that everyone involved will turn into an asshat.
