    Body Image after birth.

    I feel really unattractive. I put on 20kg during my pregnancy, but shed 10kg postpartum. 4 months on and instead of losing a bit more, I've gained a bit more. I know to give it time and pace myself and I know that I can't ever expect my body to look the same, especially after C-section. My belly kind of ..hangs.

    Does anyone have any reflections/affirmations/rituals they use to boost their body confidence? I feel good after I've done Yoga, but that's only once a fortnight if I happen to go to a good class. I haven't found a routine online yet that makes me feel the same. So I'm looking to make a habit and retrain the way I think about myself.
