    Cannabis Witchcraft?

I placed this here as I suppose someone is claiming it to be a valid practice and theology. My self I can only assume that based upon the little I read I'm doing it wrong and my dogma is screwed up. he he he

Well it's sort of semi official were all doing this wrong. We should be following Diana (of Roman lore) who is the Goddess of Cannabis Witchcraft. I read this one page and couldn't even go any further into the site. http://www.prntrkmt.org/articles/diana.html

An opportunity to give up money. Look, more opportunities to give up money and even more...

Can't really comment on the historic accuracy of Diana + Weed but that site is a store masquerading as a religious site.
life itself was a lightsaber in his hands; even in the face of treachery and death and hopes gone cold, he burned like a candle in the darkness. Like a star shining in the black eternity of space.

    Yoda: Dark Rendezvous

"But those men who know anything at all about the Light also know that there is a fierceness to its power, like the bare sword of the law, or the white burning of the sun." Suddenly his voice sounded to Will very strong, and very Welsh. "At the very heart, that is. Other things, like humanity, and mercy, and charity, that most good men hold more precious than all else, they do not come first for the Light. Oh, sometimes they are there; often, indeed. But in the very long run the concern of you people is with the absolute good, ahead of all else..."

John Rowlands, The Grey King by Susan Cooper

"You come from the Lord Adam and the Lady Eve", said Aslan. "And that is both honour enough to erect the head of the poorest beggar, and shame enough to bow the shoulders of the greatest emperor on earth; be content."

Aslan, Prince Caspian by CS Lewis

Only legal(before Colorado) weed in religion was Native American..and also allowed Peyote, and I doubt this is a recognized religion in American law that would allow you to smoke in a non legal state..

They are out of California, that I believe only allows medical weed use and growing. Never heard of them while I lived there...and because the feds are on the verge of making it legal all over.

Well maybe...more than likely within the next 5 years...depending on who is Potus then

Hey, if a megachurch preacher can ask for money to fund his private jet, and another one can say the world is about to end so send HIM your money, I guess someone can use the name of Diana to make money too. No one ever said that wolves in sheeps' clothing had to call themselves Christians.

me neither. I figured Dionysus/Baccus would have been linked with weed. Since he is the god of wine, religious ecstasy and ritual madness.

also with some of the links you had biblical quotes and what threw me was it was laws in the bible against witchcraft in general not this Cannabis witchcraft.
so that alone set off red flags for me.

I stopped reading when I got to the part that said I could "get a certificate as proof that your cannabis religion is real". You know, because a certificate legitimizes everything. Wow...just, wow.

There have been cannabis seeds found in Viking graves before, and it has long since been acknowledge that their shamans used mushrooms for spiritual journeys, but until it's fully legalized, I don't think I will be participating in anything for awhile. I've had my fair share of both, and in reality, it's not really worth it. I can get onto the level and mindset I need to without substances to help me.
"In the shade now tall forms are advancing,
                And their wan hands like snowflakes in the moonlight are gleaming;
They beckon, they whisper, 'Oh! strong armed in valor,
The pale guests await thee - mead foams in Valhalla.'"
