So inducement has started. I'll keep you all posted as time goes on.
"In the shade now tall forms are advancing, And their wan hands like snowflakes in the moonlight are gleaming; They beckon, they whisper, 'Oh! strong armed in valor, The pale guests await thee - mead foams in Valhalla.'" - Finn's Saga
What I do have here is a birthing candle, with a sachet of lilies tied around it, and a charm interlaced with the string. I also have a tonic I made last night with ground lilies and rose, with a Quartz Crystal. The candle shall be lit when she is crowning, and blown out when the baby has arrived. The tonic will be used to draw a birthing rune on her forehead by feather. Thoughts?

For the Yule was upon them, the Yule; and they quaffed from the skulls of the slain,
And shouted loud oaths in hoarse wit, and long quaffing swore laughing again.
But if, in the heat of the moment, you forget any of these things, NA, please don't feel you've failed. The gods are much kinder about these things than we realise. Good luck!

Welcome, cariad! Now you are a family, and you discover a depth of love for that precious little girl that you could never have guessed. Be blessed, little sweetheart. X
YAY!!! A baby!!! How adorable in her little hat and blankie! Does she have the little baby lojack anklet?
(I love how they mostly get issued the same hat and blankie here in the US--no matter where you live, there's a good chance its the teal and magenta blankie and the little girl/boy stripe hat)
Welcome Lillian Aurora that's a beautiful name. And she looks precious. Enjoy being a father!
