But makine wine (and especially port) is a long-term process, and I don't think I want to go there. i also love a very good port,some over 50 years or even 100 year port. kind of expensive but well worth the price if it is done right.MAGIC is MAGIC,black OR white or even blood RED

Theres a pub down the road, small country thing, quiet, good for shenanigans. They do their own port, called Copley Wobbley. It's terribly cheap stuff, probably just poured from a bigger bottle into their bottles for profit, but man is it delicious. I buy cherries every week and eat them all! How about cherry preserves? They are great served with meat. Or like a spread on a turkey sandwich.
