What is vegan cheese? Sounds like an oxymoron! I'm about to have a salmon salad sandwich for breakfast. I'm weird like that.
I have no idea what it actually was (I ordered the pizza without cheese so it was an accident anyway). At least it tastes a bit different than normal cheese. Apparently there are many different variations of vegan cheese...

Inch and a half?! Maybe that sounds bigger than it is but that sounds like too much meat even for me, and I have a healthy (or unhealthy, depending on how you look at it) appetite!
