sammy: Whole wheat rolls with turkey 'ham', smoked turkey, something called Baby Swiss cheese, zesty pickle slices and Lite House Italian dressing. A side of pretzels and a side of cold green grapes. Followed by a cold can of Diet Dr Pepper!

Absolutely nothing. I'm sick of failing at losing weigh so I'm just eating nothing. I'm not even hungry. Clearly shows that I have no idea what hunger feels like.

I gave in. Hubby was eating around me, any my scales check said 72.2 - that's the lowest I've been in about 3 months. So I had a 75 calorie cup a soup and a crust of bread.

A crappy frozen breakfast meal consisting of pancakes, sausage, and hashbrown. It ain't gonna be great.
