      Mozzarella filled corn quesadillas with spanish rice (which re-heated wonderfully in the microwave!)

        Just finished dinner ... corned beef hash, fried eggs over medium

          So right now I'm enjoying dinner which consists of porkchops, seasoned french fries with steamed veggies My stomach is very happy, and my animals are very jealous!

            Oh lord. Some takis Fuego and a pig poppa pickle. With a side of bing cherries and a Diet Dr Pepper.

                ooo. I made an amazing crockpot dinner last night. Even my hubby liked it. Maple Dijon Chicken. Chicken, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, rice wine vinegar, onion, mushroom. Crockpot low 6 hours.
