Just had such a nice lunch at work. Nothing special, or particularly different, but for some reason I really enjoyed it. It was spinach, plumb tomatoes, cucumber, chicpeas (slightly undercooked, because I'm lazy), and pasta. Little bit of mayo and black pepper. I don't usually use mayo, but there's no pesto left at work, and I didn't want to eat it dry.
