I watched a documentary about vampires and it was comparing Christ to a vampire. He spoke of granting immortality, drinking blood, being born again. He came back to life after being killed. Does anyone know anything about this theory? I find it very interesting and would like to read more about it. It reminds me of something a local preacher said that during the new testament days people called the christians cannibals because of eating the flesh and drinking the blood. Now theyre calling them vampires. I do not mean to offend anyone with this sorry if I did. I just find it intriguing and would like to read about it if anyone knows of any reading materials

Oooh I remember encountering that story. Although more common is the myth that Judas was the first vampire (quite possibly stemming from a work of fiction. Anne rice maybe? But I'm not sure there.)
There are always interesting theories if you decide to delve. Vampirism is a whole pagan branch of its own, but one you might find a lot less exciting than it sounds
Anyway. What was the documentary? I've encountered this theory before, but mostly from pretty unreliable and imaginative sources. You remind me of the babe
What babe?
The babe with the power
What power?
The Power of voodoo
Who do?
You do!
Do what?
Remind me of the babe!

Re: Jesus Christ some people are now saying he was vampire
I think there's a willful desire by a sizable minority of people to actively confuse ressurection spells and create undead spells. As a general rule, outside of Twilight, undeath generally comes with pointed disadvantages that Christ never (to my knowledge) suffered from.Life itself was a lightsaber in his hands; even in the face of treachery and death and hopes gone cold, he burned like a candle in the darkness. Like a star shining in the black eternity of space.
Yoda: Dark Rendezvous
"But those men who know anything at all about the Light also know that there is a fierceness to its power, like the bare sword of the law, or the white burning of the sun." Suddenly his voice sounded to Will very strong, and very Welsh. "At the very heart, that is. Other things, like humanity, and mercy, and charity, that most good men hold more precious than all else, they do not come first for the Light. Oh, sometimes they are there; often, indeed. But in the very long run the concern of you people is with the absolute good, ahead of all else..."
John Rowlands, The Grey King by Susan Cooper
"You come from the Lord Adam and the Lady Eve", said Aslan. "And that is both honour enough to erect the head of the poorest beggar, and shame enough to bow the shoulders of the greatest emperor on earth; be content."
Aslan, Prince Caspian by CS Lewis
