Umm. You can search it up as volcaniclastic said. What your open chakra's mean (since the link talked about under-active and over-active) is that you can visualize things easily (third eye), you are good at communicating your thoughts (throat), your very creative and emotional (sacral)(I don't mean over emotional I just mean you have feelings and show them), and you have a good sense of who you are (naval).
This is how I usually explain it (the under-active you can search up from the links volcaniclastic posted) but I could be wrong. Anyone correct me of I've said something incorrect.
