Keep pushing your limits and continue to strengthen your body-mind complex and you will not only improve your own physical, energetic, emotional, and mental fitness but you will also be able to help others achieve their own unity of self which helps build community, and when community is strong you can create the changes you wish to see in this world.Comment

I'm going to have to agree with Thal, and Thank as well but I'd also say love yourself, and love those around you. Be happy, find what you love and do it. Push yourself, work hard and help someone else find that fire in their soul as well!! Belief in re-incarnation - It gives you a completely different perspective on the planet and how we should treat it if you know you are coming back to it.
After wouldn't you look after it better if you know you're coming back rather than moving on permenantly?Comment
