Yep, the flu vax DOES NOT cause the flu. Most cases of people getting the "flu" supposedly from the vax is they were already exposed prior to the vax or are having an adverse reaction. Since you really can't treat the flu other then making sure you do not dehydrate then it's easy for people to say "I got it because I had the flu vax" but don't take into account that flu vax's are usually given during flu season so the chance that you were exposed prior to the shot is extreamly likely
