Tylluan, where is the best place to buy your book from? I looked on amazon but haven't had much luck so far. I will check out the Ronald Hutton book as well.

On amazon.co.uk there are now two available from two different sellers. I did do a search before asking the question, but couldn't find it

Well if you're in the UK you can buy it from me (autographed) or from the publisher, but if you are in the US it would probably be cheaper to buy it there. (I can always send you a signed letter to keep with the book as a keepsake if you prefer!)
