Pretty good, I have been an Athiest for a while but recently I have been getting reinterested in Norse Paganism, I am going through a confusing time lol. How about you?
Cool, may you find your path! I'm okay. Some pressure from highschool though, it's my last year.
"The idea is to be whispering, and not to gain the attention from the flock, but to get attention from the individuals. That's why I relate it to whispering. It's not something you can put on a big scale; you can't get sheep to attend to it. You need to have people who can stand for themselves. It is important to have a lot of space for yourself to be able to grow strong branches, which can stand in the most extreme surroundings."
Hey guys, this is Dez, or Deseret if you remember me from waaaaay back when.
If you don't, then hi I first joined back in 2007, while still a practicing member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, aka Mormon. I've run an Ask a Mormon Thread on here for almost that long(and asked a ton of questions!). While I have a great deal of respect for my birth faith, I was very unhappy within it, and began the process of leaving two years ago, culminating in myself, my spouse, and our children being formally removed from the records of the church this past summer. I've also been a Mod here on PF, but took a leave of absence due to stress and personal issues.
Glad to meet any new folks, and boy, did I miss this place. You guys are like family, and I missed you. A lot.
Every moment of a life is a horrible tragedy, a slapstick comedy, dark nihilism, golden illumination, or nothing at all; depending on how we write the story we tell ourselves.
They moaned and squealed, and pressed their snouts to the earth. We are sorry, we are sorry.
Sorry you were caught, I said. Sorry that you thought I was weak, but you were wrong.
