In Days of yore,
From Britain's shore
Wolfe the dauntless hero came
And planted firm Britannia's flag
On Canada's fair domain.
Here may it wave,
Our boast, our pride
And joined in love together,
The thistle, shamrock, rose entwined,
The Maple Leaf Forever.
But they were doughnuts of darkness. Evil damned doughnuts, tainted by the spawn of darkness.... Which could obviously only be redeemed by passing through the fiery inferno of my digestive tract.

I just joined and I'm trying to find out what religion I belong to. I was raised catholic but def. not catholic. I started to research religion and it brought me to paganism. If anyone has any information on their beliefs for me they are very welcomed!
I'm not exactly what you'd call "new" to Paganism, but I'm definitely not a veteran. I've been studying Paganism off and on since 2002. I have briefly dabbled in witchcraft and up until recently (thank you income taxes), I didn't really have any tools or anything to work with aside from candles. I wasn't ever really able to celebrate Sabbats or anything.
Raised by my grandparents in a Christian household (in Texas), Paganism isn't something I could explore until I moved out. And, even then (even now) I don't have anyone to talk with about the subject matter... which is what brought me here. I live in a very small town and sold my car, so I don't have transportation to seek out others locally. I don't always have a lot of questions because I'm used to having to figure things out on my own... but sometimes, I just can't find the answers and need help.
Welcome aboard. Finding your path can be difficult. Always remember that life is about searching.

Merry Meet everyone, I am a newbie here and am very impressed with the site so far. I must admit I am not good at staying in touch on forums and pages like these as I find myself pretty time poor but I do try to keep up, especially as I am a solitary Wiccan. I am studying to be a Naturopath...this year is my clinic year so I am almost done, it fits in well with my Wiccan path. Wondering if there were any other Australian pagans around here?
