My girlfriend loaned me this book and it was an enjoyable read. The first half of it was autobiographical and she seemed to have had a very difficult life, but she used those difficulties as preparation for what she would do later in life.
Her main thrust is the existence of devas (same as spirits or faeries, or whatever other cultural name is used) and teaming up with them to live harmoniously with nature. No complex exercises; pretty much just talking to them and listening to what they have to say.
I'm not familiar with her other works; my girlfriend has more of her books, but this was a nice, quick read (read it in essentially one day).
