So, the Germans will go to the polls this upcoming Sunday. It's a pretty big deal in Europe, because the Germans have the money right now.
Honest, nothing will probably change. I really want things to change, but Merkel and the CDU are still pretty popular within Germany. Since Germany is still economically strong in a continent full of problems, that's not likely to change, even after the election. I just wish that people would consider some of the proposals that other parties make. The economic stability of Germany isn't really due to the current government as much as it's due to the multitude of small and mid-sized niche companies that make up the majority of the economy (which will probably always do well, because they make things you can't exactly get made in China for cheaper and can sell them for any price they want).
Anyway, thoughts?
