I voted 'other'. I like my eggs mixed with chorizo in a burrito with some cheese!

Pretty much however they come... except raw.

A few easy recipes I like are curried egg sandwiches - hard boil eggs then smush them up with a potato masher or a fork, mix in mayo and good ol' Keen's Curry Powder to taste, then spread on sandwiches. I cut teeth on curried egg sandwiches and I still love them!

I also make a deceptively awesome egg and bacon pie. Dice up lots of bacon and toss it in the bottom of a (preferably glass) quiche/pie/tart/similarly shaped pan (no pastry shell). Then spread lots of halved cherry tomatoes over that. Then crack 8-10 eggs over the top, gently break the yolks and swirl them a bit. Jiggle the bacon a bit to make sure the egg is getting right down in there. Then sprinkle black pepper, smoked paprika and a smidge of nutmeg over the top. Bake until done. It's really good cold the next day too. The cherry tomatoes are a core ingredient though... it's not the same with regular tomato, it MUST be cherry or little grape tomatoes.

I also love deviled eggs. After I make it, I put some tajin on it (duh!) and spread it on dry toast. To die for.
