I made sushi!!! I've never made it before, but I'm very happy with it!

One is sundried tomato and avocado, the other is satay tofu, carrot and avocado.

I no likee fish, but this looks like success! Good job. Speaking of sushi, in our mall we have one of those sushi places where the sushi passes you on a belt!

Dinner is a 3 inch spicy italian from Subway and a bag of Miguelito's papitas con chili and limon. These are the best homemade potato chips ever. Light and crispy. Lots of chili and lemon. I lick the dang bag. And my tongue is now on fire.

I dont eata the fishes... these a totally vegetarians. Leave the raw fish outs my sushi!

And I love sushi trains. They fun!

Dinner tonight is gonna be some kind of refried bean taco amazingness.

I went out for dinner with some family Roast turkey and ham, with loads of vegetables and mashed potatoes. It was DELICIOUSSS. I will just eat some cereal for supper now, or maybe drink some tea.

I like veggie sushi too, but not raw fish. Today I'm making Lenticchie (Italian lentil soup) and corn bread.

Today i made a shake & bake pork chop. But where it says to moisten the chop w/water before putting it in the shaker bag, I put a bit of Teriyaki and soy sauce on them instead. Came out just fine. With lightly steamed snow peas.

I'll be making chicken stir fry. Mom is on a no-carb kick, so I will eat all of her rice.

I've decided on having the rest of the carrot meat loaf and kidney hash I made yesterday...with some fresh boiled brown rice on the side.

Just for the hell of it,I got some fried chicken. Have not had it in many a moon,but got the joneses for it,greasy,and tasty as it is. Most likely I won't eat it again for over a year,but sometimes it just screams for fried chicken..and it is New years eve.

I used to love friend chicken. But I dunno. It sits really bad with me now since I don't really eat fried foods. I end up feeling like I got a fried stone in my belly.

Today I cooked home made moussaka and had salad and bread on the side a nice saturday dinner. The leftovers we will use for lunch tomorrow. Tomorrow we are haveing roast lamb with vegtables, potatoes and some nice gravy.
